Discussing with Franck Paris

Last week, we had the great opportunity to meet Franck Paris, President Emmanuel Macron’s advisor for Sub-Saharan Africa.

Thanks to this opportunity, we were able to discuss and exchange views on three different topics:

1. We firstly touched upon The French Policy in Africa.
2. Then, as we all know that having quality infrastructure is a basic requirement for the development of the African Continent. Therefore, we focused on the existing infrastructure gap in Africa as we all know, having quality infrastructure is a basic requirement for the development of the African Continent.
3. Finally, we looked at the Ukrainian War, and how it led to an alimentary and energetical crisis.
