Closing the Masterclass

The last week of Masterclass came to an end on Friday, October 11th! Many thanks to our fellows and all our partners for their involvement and brilliant presentations.

From October 7th to 11th, the cohort was able to focus on the procurement, transaction management & delivery phases of infrastructure projects through intense sessions, workshops and case studies.

This week, the fellows tackled themes such as:

• Private investment in transport projects. Carrying the selection process efficiently
• The financial model at the bid analysis phase
• Risk allocation for project in Africa (simulated negotiation)
• Bid evaluation
• Transaction closing
• Management post-closing
